Happy New Year . . .

Today is the last day of the year. What did we do on the last day of the year?

Luke and I hang out with Mummy at home and played lots of games, inside and outside. Then when Daddy came home we hung out with Daddy, Daddy and I played with the water guns.

Then for tea we went down to the pub for tea. It was very very busy down there, there were lots of people out for tea. And Cory and Kevin had a dance floor in the pub!!!

I love parties and dancing!!! I didn't get to have a dance though, because Luke, Daddy and I were very tired and we had to go home to bed. The three of us were all sound asleep by 9pm.

Lunch with Tanya and the Moores . . .

Today Mummy, Luke and I went to Tanya's house for lunch (Daddy had to work again, I am missing my Daddy). Also at Tanya's house were the Moore's. There was Eugene and Wendy and their kiddies, Taylor and Lucy. I love it when I go to people's houses and there are kiddies for me to play with!

We had lunch and I played with Taylor and Luke played with Lucy. That was lucky that they had two kiddies like us. They used to live near us, but moved up to the North Island. Wendy used to look after me sometimes when Taylor and I were babies, so Taylor and I used to play together when we were little like Luke and Lucy.

I took my water guns to Tanya's house so I could squirt her. She was a bit tricky though, because she had her own water gun so she could squirt me! What a ratbag!

We of course had to go and feed to chicken while we were there. I gave the chickens their chicken feed and Taylor gave them some bread. I knew just what to do and I knew just where the chicken food is kept. I am becoming a regular wee farm girl (much to my mothers horror).

Hello Lucy . . .

This little girl is Lucy Moore, she four months younger than me. I have never met her before, today was the first time.

Happy birthday Finn and Cleo . . .

We went to a birthday party today. Our cousins Cleo and Finn turned two today. They had a morning tea at their house. Gran and Grandad were there too. We ate party food and played with all the kiddies there were at the party. I do like a party.

After the morning tea we walked into town with Gran and Grandad to go to the market day. There was a ferris wheel there and I really really really really really wanted to go it, but I wasn't allowed. I did however, get my face painted. I was a Swan Princess.

Everyone was waiting and waiting and waiting for that bad baby to go to sleep, but he didn't. I was going to go berry picking with Mummy, but we didn't get there because Luke won't have a sleep at Gran's house. What a ratbag. Mummy and I are going to go berry picking another day.

Not much sleep today . . .

This morning I woke up at 7 am. I had a brief 10 minute sleep in the car on the way into town, other that I haven't been to sleep all day.

There was far to much happening, we went to a party, went to a market day and went to Gran and Grandad's house. I was far to busy to sleep.

What happened on Thursday . . .

This morning Daddy didn't have to go to work, so we have all been hanging out at home. Then we had a knock on the door, it was a little boy called Jaylen. My Daddy used to flat with his Mummy in town, and his Nana and Grandad live near us, so when he comes to see them he usually comes to visit us too.

It was great having Jaylen here to play. We played lots and lots of games, inside and outside. He wasn't to keen on playing with the doll's house though. We went on the slip and slide, and he had lunch with us!

After that my Gran and Grandad came out for a visit and a cup of tea. I showed them the water guns that we got for Christmas, I squirted them - but I still don't like it when anyone squirts me.

Then in the evening Sandra and Roger got married, Sandra is the Principal of Mummy's school, so we went to their house for a barbeque tea and a big party. There were lots of people there and they even had some kiddies for me to play with. Nice.

Boys and their bikes . . .

This is Gracie's bike, it turns into a scooter. Sometimes I am allowed to ride on it. I love riding on bikes!

At last . . .

Finally they have stopped putting me in the cot to have a sleep. I hate going in the cot, it is a terrible, terrible place. Now Mummy waits until I am really really really tired and puts me on the bed with a bottle, and I just go to sleep. That is a much better arrangement (especially for me!).

Daddy says he doesn't know why we have a bloody cot anyway, because no one sleeps in the damn thing. If it upsets him that much maybe he could sleep in the cot.

That would be fine by me!

What happened on Wednesday . . .

Right so Mummy is having a terrible time with the blog site and often it doesn't work. But she will keep trying and just back date things when it does work.

Today we have had a Grace, Luke and Mummy day. We have been chilling out at home and playing lots of games. This morning we played with the playdough, Luke just ate the playdough - which he shouldn't do because it is our new Christmas playdough. What a ratbag. I never ate the playdough (not!)

This afternoon I had a terrible row with my Mummy, Luke was playing with my toys and I was throwing things at him, Mummy said I wasn't allowed to throw things at Luke and I kept doing it, so I got sent to my room (stupid baby). I would not come out and ended up having a sleep. Excellent I was up until 10.30. Nice for Gracie!

Boxing day . . .

We have had a whole day at home today, after our holiday and Christmas it has been nice to have a relaxing day. My Mummy was very tired so she has been relaxing and my Daddy has been very very busy. Today he cleaned the house, mowed the lawns, did the weeding and put the swing that Mummy got for Christmas together.

What did Mummy do? Lay around, read her book and had a big afternoon sleep with Luke.

What did I do? Helped Daddy of course! We also put up my new Slip and Slide, that I got for Christmas, it was heaps of fun. Then tonight Luke and I had our tea outside, like on a picnic. Nice.

Boxing day . . .

I'm not to sure about this thing . . .

I would have helped Daddy put up Mummy's present, but I had a big sleep with Mummy this afternoon and missed all the excitement . . .

Problems . . .

We haven't been slackers, we haven't been able to get into the blog.

We are experiencing technical difficulties. . .

Christmas day . . .

Daddy took the fire guard away, so we could see all the Christmas presents . . .

Finally finally finally I was allowed to open the presents that have been sitting under the tree! Unlce Brenton and Aunty Donna brought me this very cool girl CD player. Nice, I shall have to keep it up high so Luke can't get it . . .
