Lots of sand . . .

We went out and about again today. We went over to Motueka. When we got there our first stop was to go and see the Salt Water Swimming Pool. We didn't go swimming because it was to cold, but we did go for a paddle. We also played in the sand and at the park. Luke missed the whole thing because he was asleep. Poor Luke.
Next we went to Hot Mama's for lunch. They have an outside bit which is great for kiddies because you can run around and make noise.
After lunch we went over to Kaiteri for a couple of hours. We played in the sand, made a sandcastle (well tried to) and had another paddle. They have a new park over there now, the old one is gone and now there is a big mini golf course and a nice new park. I loved playing at the new park.
On the drive home I was so tired all I wanted to do was go to sleep, but Mummy and Megan kept talking to me and keeping me awake. How very rude!

Yay for you having Megan to stay, I can't see Shane in the photos, did she take him out to lunch too?
We have just got home tonight from spending the week in Westport. The weather was lovely and every day we did some great walks in the bush. We went to Denniston yesterday it was very very high up in the hills!
We never got to see your Grandad this time though, maybe next time.
Look after Megan and I'm glad you are enjoying lots of nice lunches out!

I love Westport. We're going there for the day on Monday.
Pleased you enjoyed it though, and the weather's ALWAYS lovely. Have a good holiday Megan.
