And then there were three . . .

My picnic tea with the family . . .

Friday, 9 March 2007

This morning Luke and I helped Daddy to wash the new car. We both got growled though, I did because I was using a stick to wash the car. Luke got growled because he was trying to used stones to wash the new car. Apparently that's not what you do. Now we know.

Daddy had to go to a funeral this afternoon, so Luke and I went to hang out with Gran at her house. We took the double buggy and Gran took us for a walk. While we were out and about we saw a brand new baby horse! It was so tiny and so cute. It must have had an itchy bottom because it was rubbing against the fence. We should show Kate how to do that when she comes out.

Mummy came to Gran's place after school and then when Grandad turned up as well we had a picnic tea (of KFC) at the Modeller's Pond. I love going to the Modeller's Pond. It was very quiet there tonight, there was only our family. But that's not a problem. We had our tea, went for a walk around the pond and I chased the seagulls. Nice.

Sounds like you had a lovely day Gracie - I think you're going to have lots of things to teach Kate when she arrives.

I can already think of lots and lots of things to teach her Aunty Kirsty. She seems to be taking a very long time to get here though.

Megan Daddy said that's the rules. Mummy said he is very anal (??????? not sure what that means). Daddy said when you spent that much money on a car you can't wash them with sticks. We really got growled!!!!!!!!!
