And then there were three . . .

My new room . . .

Today Gran came to look after us. We didn't go to Playcentre though because the Plunket Line told Mummy that the people can still catch the Pox until the last one has scabbed over and gone. That seems like a very very long time. Imagine if I get them next I may never get back to Playcentre. Or anywhere. That would be very sad for a girl.

I have had a great day with my Gran, we played lots of games, made a garden in the sandpit, just hung out really. Mummy put Luke in the Jolly Jumper at lunch time and I showed him how to bounce in it. He is very lucky to have a big sister to teach him things.

After school Mummy and I moved the bedrooms around, we took the cot and all the baby stuff out of my room. Now it is just a room for Gracie's, it only has my stuff in it and no one elses.

If she thinks I am going to sleep in itb though she is sorely mistaken. I have slept with my Mummy every night of my short life except for the three nights she was in the hospital with Luke. Some habits are just to good to break.

Wow what a cool room for a girl Gracie, I think you will like your room just to yourself! You might need a special pink Dora star chart for a sticker each night you manage in there yourself then you might get a lovely surprise at the end!

Wow Gracie, now your'e a big girl with your own room. And yes i know you are so not convinced by all these adults waffling about how exciting your own room is.

    But it does look good.
You see gracie the truth is when your like your mum and me and come from huge families then your own bedroom is a treat and a cool place to be. I know my kids don't get it either.
Looking forward to seeing you on Sat.
