And then there were three . . .

A visit to the farm . . .

Today we went for a visit to a farm with my Playcentre. We all met earlier than usual to go on our trip, but that is okay because Daddy managed to get us there in time.

On the farm we saw lots and lots of animals. I saw some cows and their babies that are called calves, and some sheep and a goat. I got to pat a goat and the calves, they weren't scary at all. Mostly because I am a big girl.

We saw a calf today that was one hour old. It was standing up and walking around. Luke can't do that, the cow must be a lot smarter than my brother.

They told us not to touch the fences because we would get a big shock. I touched one of the fences and nothing happened. Some people just make things up I think.

We had our lunch at the farm today, but not in the barn, we had our lunch at the farmhouse.

After lunch most of the kiddies got to have a ride on the farm bike. You have to hold on tight or you might fall off. I held on very tight.

Lovely farm pictures! If we don't go to the zoo, then my kids won't see much of animals. The drawback of living in the city.

WOW Grace that looked like soooo much fun I love visits to the farm. Maybe you'll grow up to be a Tapawera farmer - Mummy and Daddy will be pleased about that!!! It looks like you had a great day.
