Tantrums in the toy shop . . .

Monday, 20 August 2007

We were up early and out the door this morning. I had my swimming lesson at 10 o'clock. There were only two of us there again today, so both Henry and I got lots of time with Sarah. We did something different today. We lay down on the big yellow mat and kicked our legs while Sarah pushed us around the pool. It was lots of fun. After the swimming lesson Henry and I went for a 30 minute play while the Mummys were chatting.

After swimming pool we went to Toyworld so we could buy a bubble gun. While we were there I had a HUGE TANTRUM because I really really wanted a Barbie toy. I told Mummy that she is ooey and gooey and pooey and is not kind to me. Then I walked into a shelf and cut my chin (that didn't help matters at all). I don't think we are going back to Toyworld anymore.

I think I will have to get Jarvis to talk to Mummy about exit presents . . .

When we got to Gran's house we had some lunch and played with the bubble gun outside. Luke loved it! So did I.

This afternoon Mummy, Luke and Kate all stayed at Kindy with me. I had a great time playing with my Mummy at Kindy. We didn't see much of Luke, I'm not sure what he was up to. Mummy and I played with the Lego and with the little animals. Nice.

Westo you could have second childhood (and now that you have a job you could buy all the Barbies you want - just don't let Jamie play with them)

Jess that sounds like good advice on the tantrum front, it didn't work though . . .

Catherine Mummy says the one sad thing about being on Maternity leave now is that you are in Year 13 and she won't get to teach you anymore. . . (and she has been hearing about Shane's tantrums - drama queen!)
