No baby today Charlie . . .
Tuesday, 5 June 2007
Charlie thought that today would have been a cool day for our new baby to be born on, because she would have been born on the 05.06.07. She didn't come out today. When Mummy first read that comment from Charlie she laughed and laughed and said that there was no way that would happen because Kate would definitely be here by then. How wrong she was.
This morning Leah came out to see us. She is a Midwife who works with Paula, who is our usual Midwife (but she is missing in action at the moment). Leah had some suggestions for Mummy and Daddy that could get the baby moving along, they thought these were very funny and very unlikely to happen, something was said about everyone being to tired for that sort of carry on.
This afternoon Mummy took me into Kindy. Normally Geraldine takes me on a Tuesday, but she has one of her ten grandchildren staying with her at the moment, so she is a bit busy. When Mummy came to pick me up from Kindy, on the drive home, I told her I was busting and needed to do wees. Thank goodness we were about to drive past Gran's house (it is a 30 minute drive from my Kindy to my house). So I scored a bonus visit with my Gran. That's all good.
I went to bed again with no plug. That is six nights. I did find one today in the toy box. I was delighted to find one, but it seems to have gone missing . . . I wonder where it got to?

Well, that didn't work Charlie. If she hangs on long enough, she might be born on the same day as auntie Adrienne's new baby (next month).
cheers

Yes Mr Hunt, I do think 07.07.07 sounds like a good idea too. Do you think we would have much luck convincing Tracey of that one????? You suggest it she won't yell at you! Tee hee
Charlie.
