Fun with Mia . . .

Saturday, 24 March 2007

We have been visiting two lots of people today. First up we went to see Gran and Grandad. They were waiting for us to turn up and put off going for their bike ride. All was good there, we had a cup of tea and Grandad even had some raspberries on the raspberry bushes! Nice.

After that we went into town so Mummy could have some blood tests, I was looking forward to seeing them put the needle in her arm (I'm like my Daddy I love all things medical), but the place had already closed. Mummy said some swear words (Daddy bad words). She was very grumpy, the form she had said they closed at 12, but they really closed at 11. She was very very cross. And I didn't get to see them stick a needle in her arm.

Next we went to Aunty Mary's house. We had some lunch there, then I played with Mia. Mia had lots of great ideas for games today. I took my till so we could play shops. Then Mia and I played hospitals! I was the patient and had a broken arm and Mia fixed me! She would make a very very good doctor I think.

I also saw a Monarch caterpillar today, they turn into butterflies you know. There is a tree at Mia's house that has lots of the caterpillars on it.

They also had a very very cool big shoes there, Joel, Mitchell and Mia made it themselves to enter into a competition at their school gala last week. Mia sat in the shoe and Joel and Mitch pull her on a trolley. They won a prize too, and so they should have it was great shoe!

This afternoon Mummy gave me a bucket of water to play with outside. I filled it up with sand and Luke and I have had a great time getting very very dirty. I told Mummy that we were playing Kindy teachers and Luke is Chantalle. Bugger I forgot I'm not supposed to tell her anything about Kindy!

I'm not sure how long six weeks is Aunty Mary, but it sounds like a very long time.

I would like to go a night rides at the modellers pond! It's a bugger living in the country sometimes.
