Lots of water . . .

This morning Daddy took Luke and I over to the school because today is swimming sports day. We watched the big kids swimming in lots and lots of races. It was great fun, they were very loud and cheered heaps.

Then at lunch time Mummy took Luke and I to the library so we could get some new books out. Nice, that will keep Mummy busy at bedtime. After lunch Daddy took us back to the school to watch the tabloid games, that is where the teacher arrange short games - usually involving water and the whole school is put into teams that mix up all the year levels. Mummy and Tarn had a three legged race where the kiddies had to carry a cup of water to the buckets and tip them in. The bonus round was that at the end, by the buckets I was waiting with my water gun so I could squirt them! Mummy told me which ones were the ratbags. We had a great time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This afternoon Daddy has been busy straightening up the garage because we are getting a new car tomorrow. Daddy and I are going to fly to Christchurch in an airplane and then we are going to visit Uncle Brenton and company. Daddy and I are going to drive back tomorrow in the new car. Nice.
