Goodbye to the family . . .

This morning Nanny, Aunty Ade, Kyle and Jarvis all packed up and went back to the coast. Mia and her family came down to say goodbye to them and then stayed for a drink (well the adults did - the children played). And then everyone was gone!

It has been a very quiet day at our house. Mummy has been doing some housework (of course I had to help). Then we went outside and played with lots of buckets, the baby bath and the hose. I filled up the baby bath and hopped in - but the water was freezing!

I bet your house is lovely and quiet again now. The weather looks beautiful too. We had a huge storm yesterday with very strong wind - it closed all the trains and many roads. 12 people were even killed - NOT NICE!!!

Our house is lovely and quiet again, but we are off of holiday to the coast on Saturday, so life won't be quiet for long.
I don't think I would like a storm like that around here Aunty Kirsty!
