Shortbread and family outings . . .
This morning my Daddy was going to take me to Playcentre, but he got a call out for the ambulance so Mummy had to take me instead. Daddy did turn up eventually for a while, long enough to give me a big push on the swing.
We made shortbread at Playcentre this morning. All the kiddies got to choose and shape and cut them out of the dough. When it was all cooked we ate them outside at the big table and had hot milo drinks. Nice.
In the afternoon Mummy, Daddy, Luke and I went to Quinney's Bush for a play at the park. We did heaps of stuff on the swings, flying fox, climbing frames and then we went to the river to throw stones into the water.
My Daddy was playing with his new camera, he can do very clever things with the colours.
When we left I cried and cried and cried because I didn't want to go home. I feel asleep in the car. I will be up all night.
Hooray for Gracie!
Apparently we are going back to Quinney's Bush tomorrow with some people.
Hooray for Gracie again!!
My Daddy and I are going to have a hokey tokey ice cream after tea. Mummy doesn't like it, so she isn't going to have one.
Yet another hooray for Gracie!!!

Your Dad's camera is very clever Gracie the photos look cool. I love hokey tokey ice cream too, have you tried orange choc chip yet? It's scrumdiddlyumptious. (just imagine what Dad could do with a photo of that!)
Charlie.

The pictures are a bit eerie, but also quite cool, Daddy likes to play with his new toy
