Sometimes a girl just has to learn the hard way . . .
We have been in town all day and have only just got home. This morning we went to see Nana and Grandad Saxon. Nana gave me some lollies, she always has a stash, it's a great place to visit.
Then we went to have lunch with Aunty Mary and Uncle Ian. The best part of my day though was going to the beach! Mummy, Aunty Mary, Mia, Luke and I went to the beach and Mia and I put our togs on and played on the sand and went into the water.
Because my cousin was there I was very brave and went into the water up to my waist! The water wasn't that cold either!
After the beach we went to a cafe for a drink and something terrible happened. I walked in front of someone on a swing and they kicked me in the head and knocked me over! I cried and cried and cried and cried and cried.
Tonight we had tea with Gran and Grandad, then Gran gave me a bath and now we are home.
Things I learnt today:
- Just because Luke is lying on his tummy doesn't mean he is being a neigh and wants to give me a horsie ride. (He didn't like it when I sat on his back and Mummy got very cross).
- Don't walk in front of a swing when someone is swing really high.

Well Grace am glad you're taking it all in and learning heaps. I can imagine thats its very hard to resist sitting on Luke when he just lying around!!! Owww, that naughty swing.
I thought you might like to know that's its raining again today and we had some hail too - it hurts when you have to work in it so I reccommend you never go out when it's hailing.
Hugs and Kisses to your whole family xoxoxoxo
