My first real haircut . . .

Today we went into town for my music class. It was the last one for the term, bad news for Gracie.

Daddy came into town with us too, but he took Luke to his old work to show him off. Because Daddy took Luke Gran had no baby to look after, so she went for a walk. So it was just Mummy and I today. They gave out little Easter Eggs at the end. Hooray! I love Easter Eggs.


Then we all went to the park. I love going to the park. Mummy and I climbed up to the top of the big whale. You have to be very very careful when you climb down or you could have a terrible tumble.

This afternoon I had my first hair cut. Ages ago my Mummy tried to cut my fringe, and did a terrible job. But today Ruth did it. She did a much better job than Mummy did. I sat on a big stool and wore a big apron type of thing.

Now I am very very flash.

Also at Ruth's house Daddy and I fed a chicken that was wandering around outside. I had to sit on Daddy's knee though, I was a bit scared of the chicken.

Tomorrow we are off on holiday. Hooray I love holidays.
