Our day in Kaiteriteri

I have had an excellent day. Daddy didn't go to work today so we went over to Kaiteriteri for the day. Grandad Gordon has been working over there and today was his last day, so we went over to say hi and to see his new flash digger.

Luke and I both went up into the digger, there were lots of buttons that I could have push, but don't think I was allowed to.

After visiting Grandad we went to the park and to the beach, both great places for a girl to be.

I had to have a sleep on the way home because I was so very tired, I slept until nearly 7 pm, I'm planning on being up for a while yet, Luke the big piker has already gone to bed.

if the radio thing doesn't pan out (and why would it not) Mummy says you could always go and work for Fulton Hogan.

That's how Grandad Gordon got his digger.

The radio thing seems to be going Ok at the moment.

Maybe I could get a part-time digger job?

I think they are always looking for staff. In fact if you did the radio full time you could do all sorts of interesting things part time, be a pilot, drive a tug boat, the list could be huge (don't be a waitress though, I think we have paid our dues there)
